Fair feedback. The original TEDDY shipping configuration did not include rubber grip strips because most customers place the sofa on a rug, where grips are unnecessary. For customers placing the TEDDY on hard floors, the strips matter. As of May 18, 2026, every new TEDDY order ships with grip strips in the box at no extra cost. If you ordered before that date and want grips, email hello@omhucph.com with your order number and we will ship them free. We are not going to gate a small accessory behind a fee when 17 buyers have already publicly mentioned it. Across 40,000+ TEDDYs delivered, this is a clear example of feedback we acted on.

I'm really happy with my TEDDY sofa! Super comfortable and easy to put together. The straps underneath are a clever touch as they help it from sliding apart when switching to double bed/conversation pitch modes, which makes a big difference. Honestly I think it's worth the hype. Delivery was quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. The only slightly downside was that the delivery guy left it in the hall of my building instead of bringing it inside. For the delivery price, I expected a bit more help, but it wasn't too much hassle to sort out myself. One tip: I'd recommend getting the TEDDY grips right away. On day one I noticed some floor scratches, but the grips solved that problem and also help keep the sofa from moving around. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend it!
Does the job, protects the floor, has good grip!
The sofa is exactly the way I expected it to be even without testing it before. It’s comfortable yet not too soft, the pillows are great and when applying the anti-slip pipes on the frame it’s super stable. Definitely worth the purchase!
Amazing. It really help that the sofa stays in place - especially when it is placed in the middle of the room. Even when laying against the pillows: the grips really hold everything in place. And despite my worries - they are actually easy to attach.
We love our new Corner Open Sofa!! Ordered the Olive color and it looks so great in our living room!! Super comfy and definitely the cherry on the cake of the room! Can only recommend (would just advise to order the TEDDY grip with it if you don’t want to have to replace the metal part everyday).
TEDDY GRIP
There are several copies of the TEDDY couch but my husband and I decided for the original and we did a good research before buying this couch as is not a cheap one. We really love the size, shape, color and versatility of this couch. We took a train to the showroom in Copenhagen to try it and even getting very disappointed that nobody came to talk with us after 20 minutes waiting (this could be a reason to leave a restaurant or never go back to a store), we still decided to buying it. We didn’t bother about the hard foam, but we are disappointed with the metallic supports. Besides the fact that they need a silicone protection to add some grip to not move, depending how you move them (if you push on the horizontal top bar when they are “attached” to the couch) they can scratch the floor! So we added several patches to protect the floor and to avoid them to move. Hope you can solve these issues in the future!
It’s a fantastic sofa for our new family to play together on. We love the concept. The only negatives I can think of are the supports slip on the carpet, so we find ourselves needing to push them back in from time to time. Additionally, it would be nice to be able to purchase extra corner or side cushions to finish off our new play space.
Good couch, the holders slip a bit but overall very comfortable
Functionality is amazing, but putting the TEDDY grip on the metal bars is a hard struggle.

Was easy to install and works as expected. Unfortunately, it‘s sold separately. In my opinion it should come with the TEDDY sofa by default. It‘s a little expensive for a set of rubber tubes.
