We work with a curated list of regional carriers across Europe. Across 40,000+ deliveries, 3 customers have raised public concerns about carrier behaviour in verified reviews. Most commonly missed delivery windows or packages left without proper handover. We track every carrier incident internally and review the data quarterly. Carriers that fall below our service threshold are dropped. If your TEDDY delivery was mishandled, we want to know. Email hello@omhucph.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and log the incident against the carrier. We will not blame the carrier and walk away. The TEDDY is our product and the experience is our responsibility.

The sofa is super comfortable! Love that the matress is firm but the pillows super soft. Only thing, your delivery service in Denmark is quite poor. I got a window of 12 hours when the sofa might be delivered and had to pay extra to change the adress/select another day/have a more specific time window. After paying so much for a sofa, that feels a bit cheap.

Great customer service, amazing quality

I didn't realize that they produced the sofas on demand, hence I got a bit worried when within 2 weeks of ordering I didn't hear anything about shipment. So I quickly dropped them an email and promptly got a very kind response, even over the holidays, explaining everything and telling me when I should expect the delivery company to reach out to me, which ended up being quite accurate. The individual parts are shipped in boxes that can easily be carried up stairs even alone, which I find very considerate, despite the large amounts or cardboard necessary for this. And unpacking the sofa was incredibly satisfying because the quality is so high end and it's assembled super quickly, allowing you to chill on this wonderful thing so quickly after getting the delivery.
