Delivery communication is the part of the buying experience we have the least direct control over. The moment a TEDDY leaves our production facility, it is in a third-party carrier's hands. For most customers that works fine, but in a handful of reported cases the carrier did not push tracking updates, leaving the customer in the dark between dispatch and arrival. That is not acceptable, and we have done two things about it. First, we now send our own OMHU dispatch email when production confirms the order has shipped, independent of the carrier. Second, we have an internal escalation channel with our top three carriers so we can pull a status manually if you reach out. If you have not heard anything in 5 business days after dispatch, email hello@omhucph.com with your order number. We will get you a real answer within one business day.

Good! But can be improved
The website is great. It’s annoying that once the order is placed, you are told that “at some point you will receive a tracking number from a currier partner”. I would appreciate if there is a better option seeing the traking service on the website account.
Good customer support, but improveable parcel tracking
Good feedback/information via telephone, however the live tracking of the parcel did not really work very well.
