How long does it take to get an OMHU TEDDY Sofa delivered?

I don’t even know where to start. I don’t even know where I started. Maybe with throwing away what I had forgotten in the fridge—expired milk, yogurt, that jar of pesto left open for too long. I knew it, everyone had told me, but I had to experience it myself. Moving can be incredibly stressful, and it’s often listed as one of the three hardest events in life, along with losing a loved one and separation. Not exactly small things. Mine was a “half move”—a little over four months living in a temporary house while mine was being renovated. I have vivid images: the emptied house and my last meals sitting on the floor, bags of sorted recycling from decluttering, mostly paper and plastic, and a few tears that slipped out. So many things that pile up in twenty years of life. To-do lists everywhere: on my phone, on sticky notes attached to the bathroom mirror, on random scraps of paper I slipped into my handbag because a thought came to mind and I jotted it down right there, maybe on a café receipt. The smell of my home kept changing, depending on which craftsman was working inside. At first, it felt like a punch in the stomach, then slowly something started to take shape—or maybe it was the light that came first. Yes, a different kind of brightness. And finally, it arrived: a brand-new sofa, an emerald green velvet caress that brought hope. An anchor in the middle of the sea, soft like a cloud, a cuddle to finally lie down and rest a little. Easy to assemble, easy to live with, easy to match with the rest of the house. They say good things take time. Minu ga hana (見ぬが花): “Not seeing is a flower.” Because sometimes the waiting or the imagination of something can be more beautiful than its reality.

We love our new sofa. It’s amazing and can’t wait to see our twin Boys enjoy the sofa and build cottage with alll the pillows. A must have sofa for all familys with children and people who love to relax and enjoy a moment laying down. ❤️

This is the very first couch I own. I have made a lot of research to be sure of my choices and after a lot of consideration the TEDDY seemed the best on every regard. Esthetically pleasing, I was attracted to the multiple colors and the warmth it's bringing to a place. I have waited patiently for the delivery and I was thrilled when it arrived. I was a big scared of its scale but it fits PERFECTLY to my living room ! I can not spend enough time on it ! And as advertised, the sitting area is really firm which is perfect for my back. I wish I could have entire free weeks to spend on it ! This is a very good quality couch and I trust that in the long run it will stay the same. I bought it in brown and it's really like a TEDDY bear. Thanks again OMHU <3

Setting it up as easy as can be and it’s just so comfy and nice. Our sleep-over guests will love it! We’re just missing the pillows ;-)

I haven't tried it as a conversation pit but I can't wait to when I'll have friends over. The mattresses in general are comfy, yet firm, perfect for napping or movie and video game nights. Very helpful if you can't make up your mind as to which colour you should choose. I still find difficult to justify the shipping cost though.

This sofa is playful, comfortable, and versatile. Buying a sofa is always a big decision, and especially when we hadn't seen it and tested it out in person. But it didn't disappoint. It cozies up our space and can fit five friends in its standard set up - even more when it's expanded. The mattresses are really firm, which took some time to grow on me. The plus side of that is you can put down a cup of tea (or even wine) on the sofa next to you and it will be safe. But good to know before you buy - it's not the kind of sofa you can melt into - but the firmness is great for becoming a sofabed. The corduroy material is my only qualm. It's the kind of material that changes colour depending on which direction you stroke it (with the grain/against the grain), which will always look uneven and a bit messy. I'm making my peace with that. The other reason this is not a 5-star rating is that one of the seams on a cushion has already come loose (and this is only one month since purchase). We're not sure if it had arrived faulty. Overall the versatility and unique design of this sofa makes it worth the purchase, and we hope to have it for years to come!

Over time, it has softened slightly, but it may not be ideal for those who prefer a softer sleeping surface right out of the box. As a couch, it is comfortable and supportive, making it great for everyday use. Delivery was okay, it arrived within the expected time frame and in good condition. The assembly process was straightforward and didn’t take too long. Overall, the OMHU „TEDDY” is a great piece of furniture with a few minor drawbacks, but it has met my expectations.
